Refunds & Return Policy
Medi Deli will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are filled correctly. Any discrepancies shall be dealt with in the following manner:
(i) if any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Medi Deli shall either refund the value of that product or replace the product.
(ii) if any product which was not included in the customer’s order is delivered to the customer by mistake, Medi Deli reserves the right to collect the wrongfully delivered product.
(iii) customers must inform Medi Deli either via email at orders@medi-deli.com or WhatsApp 8690 6163 between the hours of 9am – 6pm within 24 hours in the case of wrongfully delivered product, product delivered in damaged condition, out of date product, or incorrectly invoiced item Please do not throw product out, please retain in chiller or freezer until exchange so we conduct full tests. As we sell perishable foods, we kindly ask that you inspect the products once you have received your order.
If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one asap. We will not charge you for incorrect item. We may also suggest other items to compensate, however only if you are satisfied and happy. We operate an open and honest policy at Medi Deli and will do our utmost best to accommodate all customers.
Returned goods must:
• be in its original packaging.
• retain its original label.
• be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen), and do not exhibit signs of abuse or adulteration.
Note: All returns are final.
Medi Deli has the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.
