Description
Edamame is a plant from the family ( Fabaceae) . The edible part is the tender seeds of its pods, which are collected before they ripen. It has its origins in East Asia, but is gaining popularity in Western countries, where it is usually eaten as a snack.
Edamame is:
High in protein, antioxidants and fiber.
Low in carbohydrates.
Rich in several vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin K and folic acid.
Vima Edamame is offered in two forms: Edamame in pods and Edamame in grains. Both products are originally harvested in China.
