Delivery Information

Our Delivery Trucks

Our trucks are uniquely custom designed to have both frozen and chilled sections so you can rest assured that your produce will be kept at the optimal temperature while travelling to you.

Delivery Days/Times

There are two timeslots for deliveries available as follows:
• Monday to Friday with two time slots: 10am – 3pm & 3pm – 10pm
• Saturday from 10am to 1pm.
You can select which date and timeslot you would like (subject to availability) at checkout.

Delivery Charges and minimum spend.

Orders exceeding $60 total qualify for free delivery & will incur no delivery charges (after any discounts and loyalty points are applied).
For all orders under $60 a fixed delivery fee of $10 is applied.

Delivery Modifications

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. Please notify us before your chosen timeslot if you are unable to receive delivery and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you wish to make any changes to your delivery, please notify us by 1pm the day before your delivery is due.

If our team does not receive prior notification and there is nobody at home to receive your delivery during your chosen timeslot, an additional $10 fee will be charged for rescheduled deliveries.

Should any issues arise with delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you have provided us with.

Self-Collect Option

The self-collect option is available for confirmed orders at our warehouse located at 28 Riverside Road, #05-01. PROGEN Building. S(739085).
• Monday to Friday: 10am – 5pm.
• Saturday from 10am to 12pm.
This is strictly by appointment upon confirmation of order readiness date.
No walk-in customers are accepted for health and safety reasons as our business location is in an industrial warehouse.

Cut-off times

Only orders confirmed before 12pm are available for delivery/collection on the next working day. Any order placed after 12pm will not be eligible for next day delivery/collection.
Orders can be placed as far in advance as customer desires.
